Anticipate and Resolve Issues
GMI Management constantly reinforces the importance of anticipating and resolving issues in advance of the issues becoming visible. Our staff is fully engaged and informed in all aspects of meeting planning: pre-planning, on-site operations and final billing.
Project Managers are required to “touch” each aspect of the program, including budgets, internal/external conference calls, vendor negotiations, site inspections, and attendee management. Furthermore, Project Managers are encouraged to “be on the floor” at all meetings to gauge overall flow and anticipate and resolve challenges.
