Devices in Heart Failure Meeting: From Mechanisms to Implementation (CEUs)
The HFSA Devices in Heart Failure: From Mechanisms to Implementation Meeting will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, immediately prior to HFSA’s Annual Scientific Meeting in Minneapolis, MN. Plan to attend and support this program by exhibiting and / or purchasing a branded sponsorship opportunity. The device meeting will be held on the 2nd level of the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC). Review the 2nd level branded sponsorship opportunities here. Prior to the cancellation of ASM in 2024, there were over 300 registered attendees and 40+ exhibitors. Registration had reached capacity showing high interest in devices in heart failure.
The full day meeting will include sessions, access to three unique hands-on sessions, an exhibit hall of device vendors, and time to network. Topics include the device careers in HF, decongestion strategies, hemodynamics in cardiology, remote patient care, collaboration with interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, trial updates, and a fun session on what’s on the horizon. The hands-on sessions will include cardiac catheterization, left ventricular assist devices and temporary mechanical circulatory devices.
Exhibit Fees: $3,000 or can be purchased for $1,000 as an add-on to an ASM exhibit booth.
The exhibit fee includes:
- One (1) Table (6 feet) skirted with 2 chairs. If additional space is needed to purchase for your demonstration, please contact Michelle Poinelli at mpoinelli@hfsa.org.
- Two (2) Complimentary Device Exhibitor Badges, which will allow admission to the device meeting sessions based upon available space (no CEU can be earned).
- Post-conference meeting registrant list comprised of Device Workshop registrants who opt in to have their info shared with industry partners. List to include name, institution, city, state, and country.
- Company name published in the agenda and acknowledgement of support on signs at the event.
- Exhibitor Hours (subject to change): Exhibit hours are 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 – 5:00 PM.
