Contemporary Forum & Pre-Meeting Forum/Workshop Application (Only Accepting New Applications for a limited number of timeslots)

Contemporary Forums are no CEU educational forums that take place in general session rooms (not Exhibit Hall).  Forums may coincide with another no CEU Forum, CEU Satellite Symposium or moderated poster session (on Saturday morning). Applicants can indicate a first, second, and third choice for time slots, which will be confirmed by June 12, 2023.

By your signature, you are agreeing to abide by the qualifications and terms stipulated in the HFSA Industry Contemporary Forum/Workshop Guidelines and Exhibitor Prospectus at the 2023 HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting.

Please fill out a separate application for each Contemporary Forum or Pre-Meeting Forum/Workshop Session.
