This year’s door drops will be part of a branded bag which will be hung on attendees’ hotel room doors.
Inserts must be 8 1/2″ x 11″ or smaller and weigh less than 3 ounces. Please note that the cost of producing and shipping the inserts is the sponsor’s responsibility. Shipments must arrive by September 24, 2025. Artwork to be approved by HFSA prior to printing. Hotel fees are included in the sponsorship.
