Industry Eblast to ASM Registrants

A limited number of dedicated eblasts will be available to purchase so that you can deliver your message to ASM registrants. Increase the attendance to your Industry Expert Theater or Industry Innovative Event, boost traffic at your booth, or share information about your products with an exclusive email sent by HFSA’s list house vendor.

A dedicated email will be sent to all registrants, based in the U.S., who opt-in to third-party communications from our vendors and industry partners.
A limited number of dates are available to purchase.
The sponsor will work directly with HFSA’s list house vendor to develop and send the eBlast, submitting either a fully coded HTML email or graphics and content to be inserted into one of the provided templates. All assets are due to vendor 10 business days in advance of the purchased eBlast send date. Content is subject to HFSA review and approval of content.
Due to the tight email schedule around ASM, no dates can be rescheduled, and deadline dates cannot be extended. If a deadline date is missed, then the sponsorship is forfeited.
Once HFSA confirms the purchase date, no refunds can be made.
eBlast must include the following text placed prominently and printed in a size large enough to easily read:

You are receiving this email on behalf of (Name of Sponsor) because you have registered for the HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting. Your email address has not been shared with this or any other companies. This company is neither sponsored nor endorsed by HFSA.

If the content promotes a sponsored no-CEU opportunity like an Industry Expert Theater or Innovative Industry Event, then it must also include this disclaimer:

This event is not part of the scientific program as planned by the HFSA ASM Program Committee, is neither sponsored by nor endorsed by HFSA, and does not qualify for continuing education credit.
