2024 Tabletop Exhibitor Application

A limited number of tabletop exhibits will be available for purchase for vendor demonstrations. The fee is $1,000.

In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits of HFSA at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Signia Hotel by Hilton, September 27 – 30, 2024, the undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space which becomes a contract when accepted by HFSA.

Terms and conditions listed in the Exhibitor Prospectus, as well as those conditions under which exhibit space at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Signia Hotel by Hilton is leased to HFSA, are a part of this contract.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation of space is made on or before July 25, 2024, a 40% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds whatsoever will be made on cancellations or requests to reduce booth size after July 25, 2024.  If an applicant has selected an invoice as a payment option and full payment has not been received yet, the applicant will still be responsible for the 40% cancellation/reduction fee if a booth space has been assigned and communicated to the applicant.
