These sponsorship opportunities will be located along the main aisle in the exhibit hall leading to a central hub of activity which includes HFSA’s booth, posters, research hub, and theaters. Attendees can grab a seat and exchange ideas in either a pair of lounge chairs or a high-top stool. Sponsor can select which set up they prefer.
- Armchair stations include a branded charging cube (size TBD), 2 arm chairs and a 36x 36″ floor cling (image above)
- Hi-top tables include a branded charging table and 2 stools. Branding includes the top 24″x 24″ and table leg 10″w x 41″h (image below)
