2025 Devices Meeting Tabletop Exhibit Application
Tabletop exhibits will be available for purchase for vendor demonstrations. The fee is $3,000. ASM exhibitors can add onto to their booth order and purchase a tabletop exhibit for $1,000, click here to complete an Exhibitor Application, OR click here to add on to an existing Exhibitor Application.
In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits of HFSA at the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC), September 26 - 29, 2025, the undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space which becomes a contract when accepted by HFSA.
Terms and conditions listed in the Exhibitor Prospectus, as well as those conditions under which exhibit space at the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC) is leased to HFSA, are a part of this contract.

If cancellation of space is made on or before July 25, 2025, a 40% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds whatsoever will be made on cancellations or requests to reduce booth size after July 25, 2025. If an applicant has selected an invoice as a payment option and full payment has not been received yet, the applicant will still be responsible for the 40% cancellation/reduction fee if a booth space has been assigned and communicated to the applicant.
