Industry Innovation Event Application

Industry Innovation Events (IIE) are No CEU activities which are independently organized by sponsors and held before or after official ASM programming. Events may coincide with another IIE, CEU Satellite Symposium or moderated poster session (on Saturday morning). Applicants can indicate their first, second, and third time slot choices below.  HFSA must review and approve the event prior to assigning a time slot, which could take approximately 15 business days. It’s important that the application include sufficient details regarding the proposed event.  Incomplete or applications lacking sufficient detail will not be assigned a time slot.  Assignment of time slots will be based on a combination of HFSA corporate membership status, date application was received, total support for the society, and topic/activity.

By your signature, you agree to abide by the qualifications and terms stipulated in the HFSA Industry Innovation Events Guidelines and ASM Guidelines at the 2025 HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting.
