The virtual conference bag is the perfect way to make a first impression! Delivered to registered attendees by email in the days leading up to the meeting, the virtual bag provides attendees with all the materials they would receive in a standard conference bag, including program information, flyers from meeting sponsors, and information on HFSA corporate members. Virtual bag inserts are clickable within the email, opening up to display a full-page PDF. PDFs must be approved by HFSA staff.
