The HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 mobile app is at the center of the attendee experience assisting each attendee in navigating the meeting and providing important ASM-related content. The sponsoring company’s logo will be exclusively displayed on the splash page along with their digital ad when attendees open the mobile app, which is an average of 20+ times daily!

• A 3-second static image appears at each full app start and when an attendee loads a new data publish (1280w x 1280h PNG with transparent background)
• The background color for this image will automatically be based on the event color.
• Sponsor will receive one mobile app banner ad and one push notification.
• Corporate recognition in Mobile App promotion if secured before publication date)
• Corporate recognition on all marketing pieces (provided sponsorship has been secured before publication date)

Your banner ad will appear at the bottom of the registration confirmation email. The ad must be approved by HFSA.

A limited number of dedicated eblasts will be available to purchase so that you can deliver your message to ASM registrants. Increase the attendance at your Industry Expert Theater or Industry Innovation Event, boost traffic at your booth, or share information about your products with an exclusive email sent by HFSA’s list house vendor.

• A dedicated email will be sent to all registrants, based in the U.S., who opt-in to third-party communications from our vendors and industry partners.
• A limited number of dates are available to purchase.
• The sponsor will work directly with HFSA’s list house vendor to develop and send the Eblast, submitting either a fully coded HTML email or graphics and content to be inserted into one of the provided templates. All assets are due to vendor 10 business days in advance of the purchased Eblast send date. Content is subject to HFSA review and approval of content.
• Due to the tight email schedule around ASM, no dates can be rescheduled, and deadline dates cannot be extended. If a deadline date is missed, then the sponsorship is forfeited.
• Once HFSA confirms the purchase date, no refunds can be made.
• Eblast must include the following text placed prominently and printed in a size large enough to easily read:

Only Three Banners Available. The HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 mobile app is at the center of the attendee experience assisting each attendee in navigating the meeting and providing important ASM-related content.

Each banner appears for 6 seconds before automatically displaying the next banner. When the page loads, a banner will be randomly selected to be displayed first and will continue with the sequence. Each banner can link to a mobile app detail or a website.  There will be a total of five (5) banner ads. Three (3) to sponsors and two (2) reserved for HFSA.

One of the easiest ways to get the attention of ASM attendees is by purchasing a mobile app PUSH Notification. There will be two opportunities per day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and one PUSH Notification available on Monday. It is recommended that the character count of each notification does not exceed 140 characters for optimal mobile viewing. Up to 2 per day!
