Exclusive Sponsorship. An annual networking reception for nurses in heart failure. Brief remarks at beginning and then open networking for rest of time. The 2023 event had around 100 attendees. Tentatively scheduled for Sunday, September 29 from 1:45-2:00pm in the HFSA Lounge located in the Exhibit Hall. The reception sponsorship includes the following benefits:
- Verbal Recognition in Welcome Remarks
- Speaking Opportunity for 90 seconds. Cannot be commercial in nature.
- Signage at the event
- Logo recognition in emails and other marketing materials promoting the reception
- Recognition of reception sponsor in meeting app
* Sponsorship funding for receptions will not be utilized by HFSA in any manner that will constitute a reportable transfer of value to a covered recipient under the Physician Payment Sunshine Act, including for entertainment, food or beverage, gifts, or promotions for individual attendees.
