Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your company’s products and services and promote your brand at one of the only meetings devoted exclusively to heart failure (HF). The HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) is where HF teams gather!

HFSA’s ASM has gained a reputation as an outstanding forum for presentation of the latest information available (clinical and basic research, treatment, and care of patients) in the field of HF.

It is the CAN’T-MISS meeting for all members of the HF care team, featuring a robust, team-based educational program taught by a multidisciplinary line-up of industry experts.

Who Attends

Over the past several years, HFSA has successfully hosted meetings with an average of 2,500 registrants, reaching a record high of 3,000 attendees in 2019. Unfortunately, ASM 2024 was canceled due to the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene in Atlanta, Georgia, and neighboring southern states. However, ASM 2025 will take place in Minneapolis, and the heart failure teams eagerly look forward to the opportunity to gather together again!

The Exhibit Hall is a key part of the meeting! With designated exhibit hall hours that do not coincide with any major ASM educational programming, attendees have time to explore the hall with few distractions. Engaging activities include:

Exhibit Space Rate

$43.50 per sq. ft. (minimum 100 sq. ft. and sold in 10'x10' increments). Includes:

7" x 44" booth identification sign
Aisle carpet cleaned daily
Use of rented floor space
Exhibit Hall lighting, air conditioning, heat, perimeter security pipe and show-color drape for in-line booth
Exhibit Service Kit
Up to four (4) complimentary Exhibitor Badges per 10'x 10' booth up to a maximum of 40 badges. Includes access to scientific sessions as space allows (no CEUs may be earned), and up to 5 additional exhibitor badges may be purchased.

* Complimentary and additional exhibitor registrations may only be used for company employees. Guests and non-employee representatives of the company are required to register as a full attendee.

Exhibitors receive:

Booth listing in Mobile App using the description provided in the exhibitor application.
On-site exhibitor listing at entrance to Exhibit Hall.
Inclusion in one email blast distributed by HFSA to all attendees promoting all exhibitors.
Marketing toolkit available online.
Exhibit badges, which allow access to ASM scientific sessions as space permits. CE credit cannot be earned. The number of badges is based on square footage of the booth.
Following ASM, HFSA will distribute the registrant list of those who opt-in to have their info shared with industry partners. List to include name, institution, city, state, and country.

Join the Hunt!

Exhibitors will have the option to purchase a QR Code and be added to the HFSA’s onsite scavenger hunt, which is a digital, interactive activity to encourage attendees to explore the conference, visit exhibitor booths, and engage in meaningful interactions with industry professionals. Instead of rubber stamps, participants collect points by scanning QR codes at various checkpoints throughout the event venue. Strategically place the QR code inside your booth or stick on the back of your exhibitor badges so attendees must engage with booth representatives to find the code. To keep the game competitive, attendees will track each other in the mobile app with a leader board. Those with the most scanned codes will be included in a raffle for prizes. Sorry, exhibitors are prohibited from being considered for a prize, but you can join the fun by purchasing a QR Code for your booth!

Stand out in the ASM mobile app by purchasing a Featured Exhibitor Listing. Attendees will be drawn to the Featured Exhibitor Listings with logos, and three (3) links to PDFs, press releases, product photos or videos. Featured Exhibitor Listings will be included in the second tier of the exhibitor list in the app and will get noticed faster.
