Outdoor Advertising/Out-of-House Advertising: A privilege fee of $7,500 is required for all outdoor/out-of-house advertising within the host city during HFSA’s Annual Scientific Meeting. Companies may work with their own vendors but must submit a request detailing the type of advertising, exact location, and artwork for HFSA’s review and approval. If approved, an invoice for the privilege fee of $7,500 will be generated and must be paid in full by August 15, 2025. Companies may be subject to sanctions if found to have purchased outdoor/out-of-house advertising during HFSA’s Annual Meeting within the host city that has not been approved and the fee paid. Any Out-of-House Advertising at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Hilton Minneapolis, the Hyatt Regency, and within the skyways connecting the hotels to the convention center is prohibited. HFSA does not allow commercial interest promotion/advertising within 150 yards (450 feet) of the designated hotels, convention center or inside the skyways connecting the hotels with the convention center.
